The SENSY’s load cells 5575 is perfectly designed for the following applications :

• Tension measurement of towage and haulage cable
• Force measurement of winch lines
• Load limitation of hoisting devices, cranes and overhead cranes where dead ends or sheaves are not available for load pin mounting
• Designed to be directly and easily installed on a running cable in order to measure its tension force.
• Wide range of wire rope diameters: from 6 up to 50 mm (higher diameters on request)
• Protection : IP 65 (IP 67 and IP 68 in option)
• Available with integrated amplifier 4-20 mA or 1-5 V(or others)
• Use in hazardous environment, ATEX certification EEx ia IIC T4/T6
• High temperature version: up to +180°C
• Low temperature version: down to -50°C
• Double strain gauge bridge for redundant output
• Use in irradiated environment (low, medium and high exposure)
